Join us for an early spring outing to study the habits of owls, led by ornithologist and educator Alan Belford. This event will include a brief discussion of owl natural history and identification skills. Participants will then walk along the dirt road to another marsh approximately one half mile, stopping periodically to “call” to owls and, hopefully, hear a response from the nocturnal creatures.
Bring sturdy walking/hiking shoes, a flashlight or headlamp (optional), and layers for the weather.
No dogs, please.
SORRY, EVENT IS FULL
