Spring is the best time to get out and look for birds!
Join us for a morning hike to learn about the diverse array of birds found around Cat Mtn’s lower trail along Edgecomb Pond. This year’s birding trip will be led by Ornithologist and Licensed Guide Alan Belford, who is back by popular demand after leading our sold out desirable Owl Prowl.
Learn how to find and identify the different bird and duck species found in the area based on appearance and noise. Listen carefully as Alan teaches the different calls that Adirondack birds can make.
Registration $15 per person.
- Total hike/walk length (a wandering out and back) about 2 miles.
