Our most sincere thanks to all who attended and participated in this year’s Gala aboard the Lac du St. Sacrement on July 31, 2026! This sold-out event raised over $580,000, including $375,000 through our Fund-A-Need for the permanent protection of Mud Pond West, and over $14,000 in our Silent Auction.

The Lac du St. Sacrement, the largest cruise ship on the inland waters of NY, was carrying:

  • 25 Silent Auction Items

After scattered showers and buckets of rain on July 31, the clouds lifted just in time to reveal a pink sky over calm lake waters and a glowing sunset on the steep, forested mountains that surrounded us.

This uniquely Adirondack combination set the stage for us to gather as one community of like-minded individuals who all enjoy that magical Lake George feeling and want to protect this place forever.

Our thanks to all of our friends and supporters for your commitment to keep these forested ridgelines and large tracts of land available as uninterrupted habitats for our Adirondack animals, and as a natural filtration systems yielding us clear Lake George waters.

We are extremely thankful for the members of this year’s Honorary Committee, whose generous leadership gifts were critical to the success of the event. (see list below)
