2022 Discovery Series With Up Yonda Farm

The LGLC is partnering with Up Yonda Farm Environmental Education Center to offer a new series of hikes in Bolton led by Up Yonda’s naturalists. This Discovery Series will include themed hikes, May through October, and geared towards learners of all ages. Hikes will be limited to 15 participants, and are expected to take 1.5 to 2 hours. Registration is required at least 24 hours in advance.

Up Yonda Farm Environmental Education Center is a 73-acre property in Bolton with a spectacular view overlooking Lake George. Public nature programs on a variety of topics are presented year round. Natural history exhibits featuring a diorama with native mammals and birds are housed in the museum. Watch for wildlife outdoors as you hike along one of our woodland trails. There are perennial gardens, including a butterfly garden from June to September. Special programs for schools and groups are available by reservation. Visit their website to learn more!
