Helpful Dates and Tips for End-of-Year Giving

Friday, December 16: If you wish to make a gift of appreciated stock in this calendar year, please initiate the transfer before December 16.

Thursday, December 22: The LGLC’s office will close at 5 pm on Thursday, December 22 and will reopen at 9 am on Tuesday, December 27.

Friday, December 30: The LGLC’s office will close at 5 pm on Friday, December 30 and will reopen at 9 am on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

Saturday, December 31: If sending a donation by mail, your gift must be postmarked by December 31st to be processed as a donation for 2022. Online donations must be made by 11:59 pm to be processed for 2022.

  • Volunteer! From helping with office mailings to
    clearing trails, from planning events to
    friend-raising, we have a variety of tasks in need of
    extra hands and talent.
